Awe, it’s so nice to ‘see’ you! And I agree completely. Your advice, as always, is wise and spot on. Nothing worse than beating oneself up over nothing and completely missing the joy of the holidays over too much focus on food. Have a merry Christmas and don’t get too busy, yourself
