I saw this as well & love it. I chose to post but I think we all should follow what feels right & there is no right or wrong…. we all feel & grieve for those lost….
We are definitely keeping these families in our prayers. I can not even fathom going through something like that.
My fiance is a 2nd grade teacher. She and I are putting together a Penny For Your Thoughts program with her classroom. Each child is going to send a card to other 2nd graders from Sandy Hook school. It is our request, our hope, the the receiving children will write back and express their thoughts about what happened, to be assembled and mounted on a permanent structure somewhere in the school here.
What a great idea!
I chose to write about my opinions of this issue on my column.
