    Wow that was really exciting!!! Thanks for sharing. I wonder if that was the same show my AZ TOPS Coordinator sent me the information on? I also had forwarded it to you. Who knows….maybe there will be another….anyway you are my hero and inspiration. I wanna be “fit to the finish” and you are hlepng me.

    How exciting this must have been! You looked lovely and did a good job…you even did pretty well following Richard’s exercise moves! :-) It was so much fun to see you on TV. My husband was surprised at your before pictures.
